I use the flat rate regularly and try to integrate it as actively as possible into my working routine. Actual usage depends strongly on the time available alongside professional responsibilities. Overall, however, the model provides an excellent basis for ongoing professional development. I have personally created a learning plan with the courses I want to complete over the year and immediately blocked the dates in my calendar as „Out of Office“. "I think the offering is really excellent. It gives you the opportunity to explore topics you might not have prioritised at first. In this way, I was able to take part in training courses that, although not initially a priority, ultimately provided lasting value for me.

While I was on leave, the flat rate was of course ideal, as I had plenty of time to make use of a wide range of training opportunities.
